HEB buyers will soon be able to access digital assets in more than two dozen locations in Texas. CoinCloud, a crypto automated teller machine (ATM) provider, says that 29 HEB stores will feature kiosks that provide access to over 30 crypto assets, including DeFi tokens and stablecoins.

They will soon have cryptocurrency ATMs at their disposal at 29 HEB locations. The machines will be provided by CoinCloud, a digital currency ATM provider based in Las Vegas, Nevada. CoinCloud calls its devices “digital currency machines” or “DCMs”. The company is set to reach 2,000 DCM installations after the completion of HEB locations.
In addition to the HEB grocery store, CoinCloud has partnered with the National Alliance of Trade Associations, United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) and Cal’s convenience stores. DCMs are spread across the United States and also in countries in South America.
In the US, CoinCloud has crypto machines in Delaware, Texas, Oregon, New Jersey, California, Kansas, Arizona, Oklahoma, Illinois, Ohio, Tennessee, and other states.
according to a report good From the Houston Chronicle, a HEB grocery store chain executive confirmed that 29 stores will be launching a pilot program. Most of the Coin Cloud HEB-based DCM kiosks will be located in the Houston area.
The Coin Cloud crypto machines accept both cash as well as debit and credit cards. Friday’s announcement revealed that CoinCloud has installed 750 DCMs over the past six months.
